Match the arm measurements to the size on the elbow pad using the size chart. When fitting the pads, ensure that the elbow is positioned precisely in the cup's center. This will provide the correct fit of the elbow pads to the elbow joint. After securely fastening, there should be no gap between the insert and the extension of the bicep pad or glove cuff.
