With your arm bent at a 90-degree angle, measure the distance from the back of your elbow to the bend of your wrist. Match the arm measurements to the size on the elbow pad using the size chart.
When fitting the pads, ensure that the elbow is positioned precisely in the cup's center. This will provide the correct fit of the elbow pads to the elbow joint.
After securely fastening, there should be no gap between the insert and the extension of the bicep pad or glove cuff. The elbow guard should not shift or slide when fastened.
If the elbow guard is too small, the straps may restrict circulation and leave areas vulnerable to hits and other impacts. If the elbow guard is too large, protection can be compromised by the guard moving up and down or rotating away from the elbow joint. Players who wear gloves with a short cuff should choose a longer model of elbow guard.
