To properly choose the length of shin guards, it is necessary to use a tailor's tape measure.
The most convenient way to measure is to sit in a chair with your knee bent at a 90-degree angle. Place one end of the tape measure on your ankle and the other end at the location just below your kneecap (the indentation). To avoid errors, measure several times on both legs.
Standard shin guard sizes are:

Differences may occur between the length of your shin and the dimensions of the shin guards. In such cases, consider how you wear the guards (on top of or under your tongue).
